Wednesdays blended class

9:45am - 10:45am

You can either participate in this class online or face to face, you choose, adult movement class, primarily for those aged 50 or over, open to all abilities. A range of dance styles will be included, and the session is a great opportunity to get moving and have some fun!

Thursdays at Pwllglas Village Hall

9:30am - 10:30am

A class for older adults, or those new to exercise, which recreates the original Zumba® moves you love at a lower intensity. Ideal for those who want to have some fun while keeping fit!
